Today, I talked about Mental Clutter. This is the first episode in a three-part mini-series on Clearing Clutter. Decluttering in home creation is part of the second Foundation of Home: Release & Reset.
In this episode, we look at what clutter is and why it is so important to clutter clear right now. And I share some simple strategies to help us clear out mental clutter. There are some very specific steps that you can take today.

Clutter is different for everyone, but it basically anything that you don’t use, need or want. It could be a limiting belief, a negative thought, or a pile of old unnecessary papers.
This is about recognizing our own clutter, working in our own time, at our own pace towards better life, and creating space for the important things and what we really want in our homes and in our lives.
Clutter is significant in our homes, and it can impact our mindset, time, energy, and decor in home creation.
We can start to declutter our minds, by settling our bodies and practices five simple steps to clear mental clutter: clearing your mind, journaling, meditation, plans and routines and physically decluttering.
We will look at emotional and physical clutter in the next two parts of this mini-series.
