Today, I talked about Emotional Clutter. This is the second episode in a three-part mini-series on Clearing Clutter. Decluttering in home creation is part of the second Foundation of Home: Release & Reset.
In this episode, we look at what emotional clutter really is and I give a strategy to clear emotion clutter. I share five specific steps that you can take today to clear clutter from your head and heart.

Emotional clutter is the persistent, negative thoughts we have about ourselves, our lives, and others. Like physical clutter, emotional clutter weighs us down.
There are five steps we can take to help us recognize and clear out your own emotional clutter. 1) Identify Your Emotional Clutter, 2) Highlight One Thought, 3) Practice Noticing the Thought, 4) Choose A Different Thought, and 5) Repeat As Long As Necessary
And once we have cleared that one thought we can move onto another and continue to emotionally declutter.
We will look at mental and physical clutter in the other two parts of this mini-series.
